What You Will Do as Graphic / Web Designer

• You have to design web pages, landing pages, and digital assets for ongoing projects.
• Create for social media creatives, banners, and marketing visuals.
• Work on UI layouts and support web design requirements.
• Convert ideas and rough concepts into simple and effective visuals.
• Interact with developers to bring designs into live websites.
• Maintain visual balance, spacing, and alignment across all designs.
• Support brand consistency across digital platforms.
• Improve designs based on the feedback and make the final output better.
• Discover new design ideas, tools, and trends regularly.

What We Are Looking For Graphic / Web Designer

• Basic understanding of Graphic Design and Web Design principles.
• Awareness with tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, is a plus point.
• Good sense of color, typography, and layout structure.
• Ability to design clean and simple user-focused visuals.
• Understanding of basic UI design and responsive layouts.
• Interested to learn and improve design skills continuously.
• Take feedback positively and make changes quickly.
• Good communication and teamwork approach.

Good To Have

• Understanding HTML and CSS basics.
• Understanding of design systems or component-based design.
• Interest in animation or motion graphics.
• Awareness of current design trends and digital styles.

Qualification Required

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
